Welcome to the treasures of the Count of Dracula! Ordering a treasure means that you have read and have accepted these terms and conditions. The CDT may modify these stipulations , so kindly update your reading prior to any new order.

The entire contents of this site - text, photos, logos, graphics, data base - are the lawful property of Count Dracula Treasures Ltd., protected as such by the Copyright Law No. 8/ 1996. You do not wish to encounter the wrath of the Master, so please ask prior permission of the CDT for any intended use of the above contents.

The personal data that the User service needs to handle are confined in safe, sure hands of the CDT. The Count Dracula Treasures Ltd. does not offer, sell or exchange the e-mail addresses or any other data referring to our visitors and customers. The Count likes his privacy, and we extend it to you.

imits and Resposability

The Count Dracula Treasures Ltd cannot be made responsible for damages to your treasure due to mishandling, misuse or faulty maintenance.
The Count Dracula Treasures Ltd. warns of tiny, almost imperceptible differences between the characteristics of the treasure posted on this website, and the item proper(dimensions, weight, spelt color). The differences are normal, as the treasures are hand-made. Ordering a treasure implies the customer’s acceptance of such differences.
The Count Dracula Treasures Ltd. cannot be made responsible for delayed delivery or no-delivery at all, if the customer provided faulty coordinates. In theno-delivery cases, with the parcel returning to the CDT, the customer will be refunded in full, minus the cost of postage, handling (if any) and bank operation cost.

ach Product is Warranted

Your treasure arrives with a Warranty Certificate endorsed by The House Dracula, The Transylvanian Society of Dracula and by the Count Dracula Treasures Ltd. Your treasuries hand-made (unless otherwise specified) by Transylvanian artists and manufacturers.

uridical issues

All disputes between the customer and the Count Dracula Treasures Ltd. wil hopefully be settled by amiable means. Should that not be possible, the dispute will be referred to competent Romanian bodies.
